We are looking for a Social Media Analyst to create and/or oversee the creation of social media content with the goal of validating our brands and top leaders, increasing traffic to our website, and establishing a trusted communication channel with our audiences (clients, prospects, developers, current and future employees, etc.), besides taking ownership of our monthly social media content calendar and liaising with other areas and/or external providers to ensure the creation of quality content for our social media channels.
12. What You Will Do:
13. - Create and/or oversee the creation of multiple weekly social media posts and social media campaigns.
14. - Manage content scheduling and publication on our social media channels.
15. - Propose and execute social media content strategies and campaigns.
16. - Collaborate with agencies to plan and implement campaigns and ideas.
17. - Cooperate with external providers to create multimedia and visual assets.
18. - Manage the company's social media accounts on Oktopost.
19. - Work together with the Social Media Intelligence team to create robust, rich reports and insights.
20. Here's what we're looking for:
21. - 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
22. - Proven creative writing ability.
23. - Because this is a remote position, you must be able to manage your time and tasks effectively.
24. - Attention to detail.
25. - Critical thinking.
26. - Advanced English level.
27. Desirable:
28. - A strong interest in and experience writing about technology or related fields.
29. - Knowledge of digital transformation, digital acceleration, and nearshore tech outsourcing.
30. - Knowledge of social media and content management tools like Hootsuite and Oktopost.
31. - Familiarity with social media campaign decks, presentations, and creative briefs.
