  13. Principais responsabilidades
  14. Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, acting as the primary point of contact;
  15. Develop and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention;
  16. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth;
  17. Lead executive meetings and deliver performance presentations (QBRs, reports, etc.);
  18. Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and propose consultative solutions;
  19. Monitor performance indicators (churn, NPS, revenue, engagement, etc.);
  20. Collaborate closely with internal teams (CX, operations, finance);
  21. Anticipate risks and act proactively to retain accounts;
  22. Ensure excellence throughout the customer journey (onboarding, ongoing, and renewal).
  23. Requisitos técnicos
  24. Proven experience as an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager / Account Management at a senior level;
  25. Demonstrated track record in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth;
  26. Strong communication and client relationship skills;
  27. Consultative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset;
  28. Experience with negotiation and leading contract renewals;
  29. Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment;
  30. Advanced English proficiency (especially for reading, writing, and meetings — if applicable).
