  8. The Sales & Accommodation Support plays a key role within Caminhos.
  9. You will be responsible for sales and communication with prospective students, following up on leads through RD Station, and helping to manage and improve the accommodation program together with another coordinator.
  10. Additionally, youll assist in streamlining and improving our internal processes to ensure that everything from the first contact to the students arrival in Rio runs smoothly and professionally.
  11. Main Responsibilities
  12. 1. Sales & Communication
  13. Actively follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
  14. Communicate with potential students via email, WhatsApp, and RD Station
  15. Answer questions about courses, prices, visas, and accommodation
  16. Contribute to improving our sales process and communication flow
  17. Collaborate with the marketing team and management to coordinate and enhance the overall sales strategy and workflow
  18. 2. Accommodation & Program Coordination
  19. Manage the accommodation program together with another coordinator
  20. Maintain communication with host families, apartments, and students
  21. Recruit, select, and support new hosts
  22. Match students with suitable accommodation options
  23. Resolve any issues or questions during a students stay quickly and professionally
  24. Keep track of arrivals, departures, and accommodation availability
  25. 3. Process Improvement & Growth
  26. At the start, the focus will be on hands-on work and gaining experience in both areas.
  27. During the first year, we believe its essential to execute and learn the details.

  29. Profile
  30. Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
  31. Communicative, customer-oriented, and proactive
  32. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  33. Interested in improving processes and putting ideas into practice
  34. Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently
  35. Experience with RD Station or another CRM system is a plus
